The ACE mission is to promote the entrepreneurial climate with education and research.

ACE tries to achieve her mission with excellent entrepreneurial education, internationally valued research and outreach. ACE develops offers and stimulates entrepreneurial education that inspires students for ambitious and innovative entrepreneurship.

The education is being distinguished by the interdisciplinary, interdepartmental and cross-institutional character (collaborations between universities together with organizations, companies, governments and entrepreneurs) and because the center not only focuses on transferring knowledge, but also enlargement of the entrepreneurial skills.  

 ACE performs scientific research regarding to determinants of successful entrepreneurship with a focus on human capital. The results of this research are being used to improve entrepreneurial skills and education and influence (government) policy.

 Through (scientific, professional and public-) publications and via media, readings and events ACE facilitates outreach. Therewith ACE feeds the entrepreneurial policy by participating in advising- and governmental committees.
